In this context, progressive formalization, the establishment of a reliable accounting organization, and the adoption of suitable digital tools become essential levers for any company wishing to secure its growth, ensure its sustainability, and access structured financing.

But structuring is not just about keeping accounts. A company that formalizes must make decisions based on reliable information, manage its processes with tools that suit it, organize its teams, navigate administrative doors, and convince a financial partner. That is why CRS brings together five areas of expertise in one team — audit and finance, information systems and data, economic and environmental studies, representation and assistance with procedures, human capital. Each addresses a moment in this journey; together, they prevent the leader from having to piece things together himself.

This conviction has been built on my journey. Holding a master's degree in project management and a master's in economic planning, I have successively worked at Société Générale in Mauritania, as head of management control and ALM, then at the International Bank of Mauritania, as Financial and Administrative Director and then Risk Director. I have seen, from both sides of the counter, what separates a fundable company from one that is not. It is almost never the quality of its activity. It is the quality of its organization.

I founded CRS SARL before being appointed, in the Council of Ministers, as a mission officer at the Ministry of Economy and Finance. My role is that of a founder — strategic direction and quality requirement. This separation is formalized, and the firm refrains from any mission that would place it in a conflict of interest. Our clients, both public and private, have the right to demand it.

We work with rigor, proximity, and professionalism, convinced that every well-structured company is a driver of the country's economic development. And because a conviction is judged by actions: we commit to telling a client when a mission will not be useful to them, to never deliver a report that its recipient cannot apply, and to treat every entrusted information as if it personally engaged us. It engages us.
